We are dedicated to empowering high school athletes with the knowledge they need to fuel their bodies for peak performance and overall well-being.

About us

Hannah and I (Brooklyn) are undergraduate nutrition students at the University of Minnesota. We created this website to help high school students and athletes understand basic nutrition. Our goal is to enhance their athletic performance and overall health by guiding them toward nutritious choices in their daily lives.
